Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the KeepHer mobile application operated by us.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The Period Tracker feature within KeepHer allows users to log and track menstrual cycles. This feature is for informational purposes only.

It is not intended to be used for medical advice, diagnosis, or as a reliable method of contraception (birth control). The predictions provided by the app are estimates based on data you enter and may not be accurate for every individual. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

KeepHer operates on a Freemium model. Some features may require a purchase.

• Lifetime Unlock: We may offer a one-time purchase option ("Unlock KeepHer Forever") that grants you lifetime access to premium features without a recurring subscription.
• Payments: All purchases are processed securely via the Apple App Store.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled directly by Apple according to their refund policies.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

5. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the data (dates, notes, photos) you enter into the App. By using the app, you agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others.

6. Partner Linking

The "Partner Account" feature allows you to link your account with another user. By sending an invite, you consent to sharing your relevant app data (such as calendar events and wishlists) with that specific user. You may disconnect a partner account at any time in Settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KeepHer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
