• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address. If you use Apple or Google Sign-In, we receive your public profile information associated with those accounts.
• Relationship Data: We store the name of your partner, your relationship start date, and important dates (birthdays, anniversaries) you explicitly input.
• Health & Cycle Data: If you use the Period Tracker feature, we collect cycle start dates and lengths to generate predictions. This data is treated with the highest level of sensitivity.
• User Content: Information you log such as date night history, flower purchases, chores, apologies, and preferences.
• Media: If you choose to upload a partner photo, it is stored securely in our cloud storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to provide the app's functionality:

• To calculate anniversaries and "days together."
• To send push notifications for upcoming dates, cycle predictions, and flower reminders.
• To synchronize your data across your devices via the cloud.

3. Data Storage and Security

We use Google Firebase (Firestore, Storage, and Authentication) to securely store and process your data. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement strict security measures to ensure that your personal relationship data remains accessible only to you (and your partner, if you choose to link accounts).

4. Third-Party Services

We may share data with the following trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of running the app:

• Google Firebase: For backend database, authentication, and hosting services.
• Apple StoreKit: To process payments for Premium subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information directly.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data directly within the app settings via the "Delete Account" option.
• Export your data upon request.

6. Children's Privacy

KeepHer is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
